The Chelsea Gardens playground project included the removal and regrading of the facility to create one larger area and accommodate the residents of two condo towers. Items of importance included clear sight lines for supervision, high vandal resistance in both the structure and the play surface, as well as an attractive piece that will stand the test of time.

Needing to accommodate children of various ages, we created a structure that would entertain and add to the value of the condominium community. The Chelsea Gardens playground features a dynamic mix of climbers, slides and ground-level activities create to provide entertainment for various ages, abilities and play readiness. The transfer station and low-profile stairs allow easy access to the slides for varying abilities, ensuring that this structure meets Annex H.

Not only is the final result pleasing to the eye, but it is designed for fun and built to last.
